John specializes in Commercial Property and Land, to include Developmental Tracts and Farms.  He has various Commercial listings available with high traffic volume and warehouse space. John's available properties include large undeveloped Lake Lots, Riverfront Lots, Hunting and Fishing property and various Commercial listings that will attract contracted services to the New HSC Corporation.

In 2009 John participated in the largest land aquisition in Tennessee state history by selling hundreds of acres of land to Hemlock-Semiconductor/Dow Corning industry that will be providing rail to this megasite and is where there temporary corporate office is located.

John is a graduate of Southern Illinois University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management and was a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy.
